• Be currently enrolled in LHW Performance Insights (Digital Health Check & Digital Performance Platform)
• Have completed the LHW Digital Performance Platform integration and tagging process.
• Not currently enrolled in VIP Consultation (Essential/Premium)

• Month One: Kick Off Call:

• Month Two: Consultation Call that reviews the results of:
  • Website Best Practices Review of Your Property
  • Competitor Website Best Practices Review & SWOT Analysis
  • Technical Analysis
  • Booking Engine Audit
• Month Three: Consultation Call that reviews:
  • Website Performance KPI Review and Data Analysis
• Month Four: Consultation Call Wrap Up
  • Follow up on how your property is actioning the recommendations
  • Answer any questions property has on the deliverables
  • Property to decide if they want to continue their access to the LHW Digital Performance Platform and determine if property can benefit from additional consultation support
