Digital Health Check + LHW Digital Performance Platform Setup
Tagging of your website and booking engine is required*
Digital Health Checks are conducted yearly for eligible LHW properties. Additional health checks outside of this portfolio-wide audit are available for properties enrolled in VIP Consultation (Essential or Premium Support only). There is no need to enroll in the Digital Health Check on a yearly basis; your enrollment will remain in place.
The LHW Digital Performance Platform is a reporting solution, that tracks your individual property website’s key performance indicators such as:
- Website Visits
- Booking Engine Trends
- Hospitality Specific Metrics
- Device Performance
- Geolocation Activity
In order to track the above data points for your property, it is required that your property allow LHW to tag your property website and respective booking engine. This tagging process enables us to gather the necessary data for the LHW Digital Performance Platform. Please note, Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is not collected in our tagging process.
Tagging Requirements (our team will request access upon your enrollment):
- Provide publish access to your Google Tag Manager (GTM) container on your website and booking engine
- If you are not comfortable with publish access, we can also work with Edit access to your Google Tag Manager and work in a separate work space. This will allow your team to review and publish our work.
- Provide admin access to your Google Analytics 4 (GA4) account.
- Once access is provided, our team can complete the tagging process and integrate your data into the LHW Digital Performance Platform.
- Tagging service and platform integration incurs a one-time fee of $1,450 USD that will be billed directly to your property.
- If your property launches a new website and/or changes to a different booking engine, you must inform our team. This will require retagging of the site and/or booking engine and additional fees may be incurred.
